charming stay in a convenient location
friendly staff delicious food clean room
the front desk staff was friendly and helpful i especially appreciated their assistance with directions the restaurant on the 6th floor was a highlight with delicious food and thoughtful hosts. the hosts even played music from my home country a very nice touch and i found the rooms new and clean.
the air conditioning unit's placement was somewhat unusual

the hotel features a pool in the basement and also a spa with a sauna a hamam and a gym are available offering opportunities for relaxation and recreation .

the hotel is located close to main attractions and metro station near the Istanbul university i found it very convenient for getting around and seeing the sights to the city.

the restaurant on the sixth floor has a sea view the breakfast included many options there were local delicacies available offering a good way to start the day while enjoying the scenery.

the room provided had a comfortable bed with clean linen i found the wardrobe a bit small with limited space and there was no shower gel i did find shampoo and conditioner available.

the reception staff was helpful and friendly one particular staff member ercan was always available and attentive to my needs the hotel also offered a welcome fruit plate adding to the overall experience.

small room connecting door
The room size was smaller than expected, particularly given the beautiful room designation. the locked connecting door to an adjacent room was a significant disturbance. I could hear every conversation. the noise level made it difficult to sleep. additionally, the pool water was cooler than my wife found comfortable. It detracted from the spa experience.

good breakfast helpful tram stop nice pool unskilled staff wrong information
the breakfast had good options. i liked the swimming pool and sauna. it was helpful that a tram stop was right next to the hotel.
The hammam was not free. the bar staff did not know how to make a cocktail.
